Our Team:
The company employs full time, seasonal and casual workers from the area. The company’s principle has over 20 years experience in roads and facilities maintenance. Staff are required to complete workplace training specific to the operations they are to be performing and must also complete training including, Occupational Health
& Safety, Harassment in the Workplace, driver training, roads maintenance operations (using MTO standards), traffic control, radio usage, first aid and fire extinguisher training.
Experience:
The company has provided maintenance equipment and operators to the Town of Haldimand, Regional Municipality of Haldimand Norfolk, Ontario Ministry of Transportation, Towns of Bancroft and Hastings Highlands. In addition we provide Property Management
& Maintenance services to private property owners, commercial businesses in and around the Bancroft / Hastings Highlands area.
Records:
We maintain company records of all work related activities including daily activity reports, logs, equipment maintenance records (proactive, routine and corrective), training records and employee/contractor performance records. Our activity logs include a detailed account of all activities performed at a customer’s location including time at site, activity performed and actions taken.
Equipment:
Our late model equipment is maintained using industry best practices. Mobile equipment is equipped with a two way radio, GPS and cell phone. Our vehicles working in remote areas (where no or poor cell phone coverage exists) also are equipped with satellite phones.
